Well that’s a very unusual error… Do you have any Windows tweaks/optimization/modifications installed? Thing like changing the taskbar or the window colors, etc.

Also please press Save Information on the error, then Ok on the next pop-up and it will open a folder with a file called CfxCrashDump_numbers.zip selected. Upload that file as a reply here.
