Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Malwarebytes Premium

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
I’ve also tried reinstalling FiveM without success, I also verified the integrity of games files of GTA V in steam but that didn’t succeed either. I updated Windows and restarted PC, didn’t do anything either.

Not a FiveM problem but a server who wants you to load in within a certain time. Bad for people with a bad computer or slow internet! Talk to the server to get this removed

Has to be something else…
I’ve played over 220 hours with the same internet and speccs.
I got 20mb/s down 10mb/s up.
