Update Drivers;
Reinstall Drivers;
Reinstall FiveM;
Regedit GTA V files edited;
Installed the DLL which is cited in the crash report

Please read the error, it says that it cannot be resolved by FiveM. Your best bet is to make sure you don’t have any graphics mods, updated GPU drivers and disable any 2nd GPU.

Probably does not help your GPU is 10 years ish old, no more driver updates for it.
