Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again?
Yes. After I deleted it FiveM tried to connect to my discord. Then it came up with the same crash.

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Microsoft Defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes. I disabled it and reinstalled FiveM. And yes, I have it go through without being stopped by the antivirus.

Disabled antivirus. Reinstalled FiveM. Verified my game files for GTA. Deleted the content_index file. Deleted a couple things associated with other bugs to see if it could fix itself.

No server. Can’t even get past it killing itself.

Hello, I solved this problem by uninstalling FiveM and everything related to it this includes in the appdata folders, you also have to uninstall everything related to the rockstar launcher or client if your GTA is from EpicGames or Steam you don’t need to uninstall it, then you will install FiveM again, and let it install rockstar. Olá, eu resolvi esse problema desinstalando o FiveM e tudo relacionado a ele isso inclui nas pastas appdata, também tem que desinstalar tudo relacionado ao rockstar launcher ou client se o seu GTA for da EpicGames ou Steam não precisa desinstalar, em seguida você vai instalar o FiveM novamente, e deixe que o mesmo instale a rockstar.
