Also add what you already tried so far.
GTALanguageSelect.exe , FiveM config tab.
No matter what i’m stuck in a language that i don’t want, i did a search and i didn’t found the solution for that.

Do you want to change the gta language of the fivem menu language?

No, i want to change the language of the game itself when launched from FiveM, launching over steam the game language is correct, from FiveM(MP and SP) the language is set from my OS, which makes me re learn all the game names.

This setting is not shown on my game. after Measurement System i goes straight into Restore Defaults

Maybe copy your gta settings file to your fivem

Can you tell me which file is the settings file and the destination path?

In your documents look for Rockstar games, then GTAV and in the profiles folder look for the profile your gta is using (there might be more than one just try one)

Then move the pc_settings.bin to %userprofile%\Saved Games\CitizenFX\GTA5 and rename it to fivem_set.bin

In your screenshot you are in GTA5 itself which is why language is not in the list, open FiveM and then go to the display settings and change the language.

Alternatively go the the FiveM multiplayer side and then set it.

On the second screen shot the FiveM watermark clearly on display, and yet no option.
And i have tried to set on the multiplayer without any success.
