guys… can you please use the search function before making posts, this has been answered soooo many times.

You need to tell fivem to use the dedicated graphics and not the intel one.

you can google how to do this for Nvidia/AMD.

Oh wait, you are on an APU i believe this is still and issue with AMD drivers although i thought they fixed it.
