Your computer is unable to reach R* services for some reason.
Do you have any firewall/antivirus software that might cause this issue?

None other than windows firewall

Are you on public WIFI? May be some network setting not allowing the connection if you don’t have any software programs that could potentially block the connection.

No im on my home network
