FiveM doesn't launch (No errors)

What did you do to get this issue? Nothing, i’ve installed fivem from scratch.
What server did you get this issue on? I didn’t even get to join a server

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? I’m running avast but i’ve disabled the shields

Also add what you already tried so far.

  • Tried comatibility mode with Vista and windows 7
  • Tried running as admin
    -Tried reinstalling FiveM lots of times
  • Restarted my pc

You might want to consider upgrading to windows 8.1 or 10.

Regardless, you should make sure that your GTA installation is fresh and free of any external modifications.

Is there any reason why FiveM was developed without support for Windows 7 / 8? Is there any alternatives to FiveM that can connect to the same servers?

Windows 7 was supported, but because of a bug that microsoft doesn’t want to fix the support had to be dropped.

No you need FiveM to join any FXServer.

Maybe, just look through Google. I have never looked for an alternative myself but I’m sure if there is you’ll be able to find it.

Nope. The best thing to do if you want to play FiveM is to upgrade your OS.

Not sure, Windows is very cheap so I’d consider buying a legitimate version of windows. That way you don’t have to worry about any of that.

Did you remove all mods or just the dsound? Because the dsound was just an example, it needs to be 100% clean.

you can still upgrade to 10 using there media creation tool.

Well, the mods aren’t activated if Scripthook is off, right? I just renamed it to
Scripthook.NOTdll

you’ll need 8.1, 8.0 won’t ever work.

also pirated or not makes no difference, just update your crack after upgrading from an iso of the same edition :\
