Explanation:
After launching the FiveM.exe nothing opens. If I look inside task manager as many as 4 show up in background tasks then go away as if they stopped running.

Not sure what was wrong but I re downloaded again today (about 30 min ago) and it all started working not sure what was wrong but its fixed now. EDIT: so now when i went to relaunch the game nothing happened and I went back and launched my gta v (separate modded version for lspdfr) and launched fivem while the game was open and that launched my game so if you are having this problem try launching your gta v then opening the fivem, once fivem opens you can close the original gta. EDIT: so the only way I can get FiveM to launch is by having gta running already. But once FiveM launches and I get into the game none of my mods are working (I have PLD, and a trainer) so as of now I am still trying to iron out the remaining problems but so far I have managed to get into the game)
