I tried software to detect every thing that FiveM make changes to and delete them and after that tried to reinstall it tried disabling my anti-virus firewall and that happends once before and I got banned because of this and I reinstalled and it fixed, but I don’t want to reinstall again… Please help me fix it.

According to libcurl’s documentation, curl code 7 (CURLE_COULDNT_CONNECT) simply means your computer couldn’t reach the server. It could be several things, but it’s commonly an issue with the server itself. Make sure the server (if you have the ability to) is running one of the latest FXserver builds, has the proper ports open so that you can connect, and (in this case, since you’re connecting via a subdomain) has the proper A/CNAME and SRV records. If you don’t have access to the server, you’ll have to simply let the server owner know.
As for accidentally opening Cheat Engine, the best recommendation is to not cheat regardless of the game.
I think FiveM done something because when I opened cheat engine my game crashed and after 3 secs the whole internet on the PC stopped for like 5 secs until I closed the crash report of the FiveM.
