Try manually reinstalling your GPU drivers with the use of Display Driver Unistaller (aka “DDU”, easy to find online), restarting your PC and downloading the latest GPU drivers for your specific model from the nvidia website, not via GeForce Experience.
If that doesn’t help, I don’t know of anything else that might.
Hm, gotta have to wait then - like the error message says, nvidia doesn’t provide ways to report the issue or any real troubleshooting tools. If you didn’t try it yet, try disabling the GeForce Experience overlay (and all the other features really lol) completely, and enabling the DisableNVSP=0 in your citizen.ini.
