Whenever I fire up FiveM, I find myself in a situation like this, about 10 seconds into the main menu, the game decides to crash on me, blaming it all on medal-hook64.dll+8BA8. I havent found any forums about this. Thinking of taking matters into my own hands and starting a thread.
(also, after closing medal it works just fine)

This is very clearly caused by Medal. If the app has any settings to change how it hooks processes, play around with them; otherwise, find a different solution for recording other than Medal - it doesnt seem to like your setup, for whatever reason.
