Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Erased FiveM entirely and wiped folder, redownloaded

Uninstalled/Wiped FiveM, reinstalled. Nothing changed except restarting after changing to borderless window. I’d gladly go back to 800x600 shitlord window mode if it will get it to work, but I can’t get it to go back to that, even after the full fivem un/reinstall.

I reopened GTA V online without fivem, safe mode, set the settings and went back to fivem. It’s working for now, hope this helped with a bug though
