**Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? i did
**System specifications:AMD radeon 550 8 gb ram
**CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash):it isnt about that
**logs/CitizenFX_log files:it isnt about citizenfx
**.dmp files/report IDs:not that either

This all has to do with FiveM its why its in the support template, this info is needed.

nvml.dll is related to Nvidia seems you are using an AMD graphics card.

This could be related to some sort of mods you have installed if you added any mods remove them and then verify your game files and update all your drivers.

If you had a Nvidia card before download DDU and make sure all of the Nvidia stuff is removed.
