What server did you get this issue on? Alaska State Troopers.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes.

Also, add what you already tried so far. Deleting caches & deleting plugins, verified game Data.

Also on all servers, the maps/textures do not load properly and it takes a good while for them to come in clear, I’ve done multiple speed tests for the issue & they all come back with ‘fast’.

Try removing all mods from your gta v folder. Fivem requires a clean installation of GTA V to work correctly. Any compatible mods should be placed inside the plugins folder inside your FiveM directory instead.
