Fivem crashes to a white/grey/black screen, sometimes helps if no in-game overlays on

What did you do to get this issue? updated fivem
What server did you get this issue on? crashes in every server, first noticed in georgia state rp

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

Also add what you already tried so far. deleted chase, re-installed fivem and gta, disabled antivirus, rebootted pc.

A good format you could use: what have you tried to do, what did you expect to happen and what actually happened. **i play for some time and the i randomly get a screen whit usualy grey, black or white and sounds glich, its in that state for about 20seconds and the it reloads the input to monitor(s) and then i can open task manager and navigate it whit arrow keys and del to close fivem, sometimes it gives me a longer time to play if i close all fivem game overlays
