Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Avira
**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?**No

Important parts

What is the issue you’re having?
-I uninstalled Steam.
-I Installed Steam
-I downloaded GTA5 because it wasnt anymore downloaded
-I uninstalled FiveM
-I installed FiveM
-Then this Error pops up
-Iunsinstalled and installed it very often and looked different Videos how to fix it but nothing helped

What are you trying to do? I am trying that I can open FiveM normaly

What have you tried already to fix the issue? delete Cache
Delete FiveM and reinstalled it
Deletet all FiveM folder and reinstalled FiveM

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!**
Its not when I go on a Server its when I download or try to start FiveM

What can I do?
because i checked it with Steam 3 times if all is Ok with GTA5 and there was all ok
I also reinstalled GTA5 and FiveM today but its still not working
