Compatability mode, (Win 8), administartor (lol fail)

NOTE: I have many mods installed before this, so maybe those would be conflicting with FiveM? The game works fine WITHOUT FiveM, but when I use the launcher it crashes right after the “social club/FiveM” launcher

The error does say ‘remove any modified game files’, so yes - verify your game files and when using OpenIV to modify game files, use their mods/ folder.
