Same here!
I’ve got the Social Club Version and the i7 4930k and GTX 1080ti, the rest is identical.

This keeps me from releasing my server because I can’t test any of my Scripts and Bug Fixes.

Hope someone finds a solution.

Same problem I don’t know how can I solve this problem
