What is the issue you’re having?
After about one hour of playing on my favourite server I have massive lag spikes. Every 2 seconds my game freezes for a second. When I check my Task-Manager it displays a massive Internet Upload by FiveM. After a few minutes of lag spikes it goes away for a few minutes. Then my hole PC freezes for about two minutes and FiveM crashes.
Side effect: as soon as I start playing FiveM I can’t use Discord anymore. No Messages and channels load at all and I can’t send any messages.

What are you trying to do?
Well I just try to play on a FiveM Server.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

  1. reinstalled FiveM
  2. Verified Steam data
  3. reinstalled Discord

What did you do to get this issue?
Well I just played.

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!

This does seem to be related to some resources on the server for some reason spamming screenshots in a broken way (memory leak, for one, and also why make a screenshot every second?!):

Is this how they make video from body camera images?!

Try not to use the body camera or ask the server operator to disable the resource or the server operator contact the author of the resource.

The file name of the script that’s erroring out makes it seem more like some badly-written ‘anticheat’ script.

So I talked with one of the Devs of the Server and he found the reason:
The anticheat makes screenshots when it detecs sth sus. In this case it was that the Tazer has -1 Ammo and some other stuff. The Problem should be solved soon.
Never the less:
Thank’s to all of you for your answeres!

Kind Regards
Marvin

Ah and btw the bodycam is just a simple html script I integrated into my streamlabs ^^
