**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?**Yes disable all shields

Also add what you already tried so far.
Already reinstalled GTA V and Fivem several times but the problem continues, I can play, but I cannot navigate the map or try to restart voice chat or navigate the settings menu, it only happens in Fivem, in GtaV Singleplayer or Online this error does not happens
