FiveM Crash if Steam Running

Hello I’m having a problem opening FiveM.
Once opened to the dashboard, FiveM instantly did not respond.
After I tried to close the steam, FiveM went smoothly. I just reinstalled FiveM and automatically logged in using Epic Games. But this error appeared after that. Can anyone help me?

Hello! Can you head to steam settings and turn off the Steam Overlay, this fixed the same issue for another user yesterday.
