fivem constantly crashes, freezes or crashes my computer, certain programs

Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic: steam
Windows version: windows 11
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? i have no file under tat name
System specifications: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - 16GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT 8GB - 480GB SSD + 1TB HDD
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): does not give me crash logs
logs/CitizenFX_log files: again doesnt give me any logs
**.dmp files/report IDs:**once more doesnt give me any logs

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? no idea
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? i beleive my anti virus are already uninstalled

What is the issue you’re having? anytime i load the game and join a server it goes for about 5 seconds freezes then crashes my computer

What are you trying to do? stop the game from crashing ive never had the issue before and after i get a new computer i cant even load the game

What have you tried already to fix the issue? i have reinstalled fivem, GTA, graphic drivers, transferring my old fivem files over

just a quick update im downgrading my OS to see if fivem will run
