Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? I’ve deleted the whole FiveM + Gta 5, still the same.

System specifications RTX 2060 Super, I5 6600K 3.5GHZ , 16GB Ram, 110GB SSD, 1.8TB HDD

What did you do to get this issue? Nothing, I joined a new server that I’ve becomed whitelisted on and the problem started to occure, This was the first FiveM server that I started playing on after not playing FiveM for some days and I keep crashing and the cache reason changes to some other file.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far. I have reinstalled my Gta 5 so it has a clean folder, I’ve verified the files, I have reinstalled FiveM, tried putting it in the steam directory or where I usually had it when it worked.
