Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? yes
System specifications: i9-9900K, RTX3090, MSI MAG Z390 Tomahawk, 32GB RAM
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): not possible
logs/CitizenFX_log files: not possible
.dmp files/report IDs: not possible

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? ESET Smart Security
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

What is the issue you’re having?
FiveM is closing after a few seconds after clicking on the exe.

The Animations in the background looks normal, it’s not frozen.
I did not change anything, yesterday everything worked, today I started my PC after work and can’t start FiveM.
What are you trying to do?
I just start FiveM.exe.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I uninstalled FiveM, since this does not help i uninstalled GTAV, this also dont help.
I restarted my PC many times.
All drivers are up2date.

Having the same issue right now ive been trying for the past 2.5 hours fiveM wont open or install it just shuts down after 2 seconds. maybe a server issue?

I don’t know, I think in case of a server problem, there would be more people with this problem.
I can’t help myself, I don’t know what to do.

FiveM is working again.
I uninstalled it via RevoUninstaller (for the 100th time) and spammed the installation exe.
I hope it helps you too.

Found out with the help of a post in cfx’s discord. It is due to the Nvidia app which is currently in beta.
