No but never had to in the past

Also add what you already tried so far.

Launcher closes to desktop about 2-5 seconds after opening. Verified game cache, deleted both cache folder and cache.xml, reinstalled FiveM but nothing has worked. Was working fine a few days ago and this is the first time this has happened

Firstly please try disabling your antivirus this could be disliking something in a new fivem update. If you can then try again please and upload your CitizenFX.log. Thank you

Tried disabling antivirus and starting up, nothing. Here’s my CitizenFX.log after turning off my antivirus.

And there we go. As it says in your log there is an issue with the module dxgi.dll so i would take a look into this file and replace it with a version from a known working system. it would suggest that it could be corrupt.

What is the size of your dxgi.dll? Mine is 2080KB.

Assuming you are on windows right click your fivem.exe shortcut on your desktop and then click open file location. You will find the file in the window that opens up.

Well there we go. That could be the cause of your error. I would suggest re installing or replace yours with my one dxgi.dll (2.0 MB)

I was never able to find the dxgi.dll file so I’m reinstalling the entire FIveM program.
