Try disabling your antivirus and/ or adding FiveM to your antivirus’ list of trusted programs. Apps that manage your device’s performance, like MSI Afterburner and NZXT CAM can also cause crashes, so try uninstalling those.

The server you’re playing on is making your PC run out of memory. Did you ever mess around with Windows page file settings, or is some background app running that leads to an out of memory situation?
