What is the issue you’re having?;
Whenever I have my steam open at the background, the FiveM Client lagging so much that it is close to being a Game freeze. The Game is also stuck but it is not considered as a not responding process.

Remove the insane stutters

I cant just use fivem without steam opened since I play in servers that requires Steam at the background.

Steam shouldn’t be causing this; make sure that the Steam overlay is disabled, but besides that, this is rather weird. Try using the Beta branch for your FiveM as well, just in case - you can change it in the FiveM launcher main menu under the “Game” tab of the settings.
