Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows Anti-Virus
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? I disabled, didn’t uninstall

What have you tried already to fix the issue? Reinstalled GTA 5, Reinstalled FiveM around 9 Times, changed build number in CitizenFX Folder, cleared cache, cleared GPU Cache, verified integrity of game files,

What did you do to get this issue? I logged into FiveM just after installing my new graphics card, got into the server and changed my Monitor Output to Monitor 3, Changed resolution to 1080p and I accidently changed the aspect ratio to 4:8 or something like that
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
