Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? yes

What is the issue you’re having?
Fivem Chromium Process is not showing up on sound mixer, so i can´t hear the intro music, cellphone, or radio bips

What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Unninstalling Fivem and installing with antivirus disabled
Updating drivers

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
