FiveM Causing Anti-Virus To Not Respond

I have ran FiveM and had it freeze. But the thing that worries me is after closing FiveM my anti-virus will not respond every time with fivem. I have removed fivem and been about 18hours with no issue with anti-virus freezing.

**GTA V version? Latest Not Sure Version
**Up to date? YES
**Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
**Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
**Windows version? 10 64Bit
**Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? YES
**Error screenshot (if any) N/A
**System specifications Intel I7, GTX1080, SSD 500GB, SSD1000GB, 3 HDD 1000GB, 20GB Ram, all up to date.
**What did you do to get this issue? Played FiveM had to completely close anti-virus through task manager or run troubleshooter for anti-virus and had that freeze while stopping service. Then Start again and it worked until I played FiveM then it stops responding again.
**What server did you get this issue on? All
**CitizenFX crash zip file: NA
**CitizenFX.log file: NA
**.dmp files/report IDs: NA

If an issue with starting:
**GTA V folder screenshot: NA
**GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks screenshot: NA
**Filepath to FiveM folder: NA
**FiveM client folder screenshot: NA
**Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Trendmicro
**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Disable and re-enable same thing freezes anti-virus to not able to open.

Also add what you already tried so far.
Had anti-virus pulled up while playing after playing anti-virus can run scans but if I close it to task bar it will not open again or allow right click scan. Game constantly freezes but that I know happens a bit but biggest concern is Anti-virus being disabled by FiveM
