Where did your PlayGTAV.exe go?
you said rename it
Please don’t rename that .exe to gta5.exe those are different (as far as i know)
Please verify your game files as you are lacking one of the executables
Basicly open CMD and type
cd c:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V
then
GTAVLauncher.exe -verify
and let it verify
the CD version uses PlayGTA5.exe the reason i said to try renaming it is because FiveM is looking for GTA5.exe.
EDIT: Can ignore this bit too because once again, my memory sucks 
But PlayGTA5.exe and GTA5.exe are both different files (check the file size for example)
Of course they are, but they do the same thing in the end.

no because Rockstar took my activation key and then bounced back so I never go it
then this would probably be your problem, you have to have a valid game license.

Wait, do you mean you got banned from Online?
no not banned they messed up the activation code it didn’t go threw when I put it back in it said it was taken
Well contact rockstar games, as FiveM requires a legit GTA5 copy. You gta5 installation is also lacking files so you need it to repair it
I cant play single player because it make me log into social club
well, you do need a valid license key on your social club account.
anyway, if you are able to play singleplayer then your game is fully intact.
if this game is pirated it will not work.
