What did you do to get this issue? I wiped my computer, before the wipe it was fine after the wipe it stopped working. That was about a month ago
What server did you get this issue on? FiveM wont start

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No antivirus

Also add what you already tried so far. Wiping Computer, Reinstall many many times, Verify game files on steam, Run as admin, Running in compatibility mode, clearing cache,

Try moving it out of your OneDrive folder, onto a different disk perhaps.
