the default resources are working
but any other resource not work.
Couldn’t find resource (to the custom resources I am adding no matter which even standalone)
Make sure they are in the resources folder
and make sure fxmanifest.lua has no problem

Make sure you’ve read the official docs regarding how to setup a FXServer. It guides you through what you need to do in order to get a basic FiveM server up and running.
everything is as you said in the folder resources and all of them use fxmanifest.lua it says

so you have to build your server from scratch
go to the Windows server build listing and download the latest recommended build.
follow this and in the seventh step select Popular Template and QBCore Framework and then continue
im using linux, whats mean scratch my English bad
I’ve never run a FiveM Server on Linux but this might help you.
and I meant you have to run your server from the beginning (this might help you for this issue)
not helped me but never saw this error before I tried to use another files but not works and tried to use another host but nothing
can I see your server.cfg?
I removed everything ill try use another files if it will show against same problem ill send

I don’t have how I bought an hosting I bought even home server to try but nothing.,
just do it in your local
it not matter I tried even diffrent host.
FIXED: Winscp make the issuse, I moved to filezilla and it working now!
I don’t know how but it was the problem.
