Important parts

What is the issue you’re having?
I get an “authentication failure connecting to FiveM account” error message on FiveM after trying to connect cfx.re account which I am prompted to even though I had already linked it before. Cfx.re website gives me an “access denied” page when trying to login there.

What are you trying to do?
I need to link my cfx.re account to FiveM client in order to be able to join NoPixel (GTA RP Server); however, when I try to link it I get an error message as stated above.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I have restarted my pc. Not sure what else would help this issue so I have not done anything else.

Error screenshot (if any):

What did you do to get this issue?
Nothing that I am aware of it just popped up when trying to open FiveM one day.

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
I was attempting to join the NoPixel server when I got this issue.

What ISP/VPN provider are you using?

I have my internet through the building I live at. I think the provider is Level 3 Communications; however everything was working fine previously until a couple days ago.

That would make sense, we’d seen a massive range of attempted account hijackings from various IPs owned by this ISP so it had been blocked.

Will see if I can get it unblocked.

Thanks! If you need any more information let me know. Or if your able to get it unblocked and let me know that would also be very appreciated.
