Five M will not open up on start up.

Help me Everytime I attempt to load five M I get an error message. Everything is up to date and the latest version. I also have a legit copy of gta v through steam. I have deleted cache, reinstalled five m, deleted gtav on steam and re downloaded and nothing has helped. I downloaded the crash dump file and this is in the citizen fx log.
