hey can someone help me my server wont show up on the list even when i put the ip and port in zap said its fivem?

Anyway, what exactly is the issue with the server, can you provide some technical details please?
ZapHosting is such dogshit… WHY people use them is beyond me, but I guess its only because FiveM be makin that g00d g00d from that ZapHosting sponsorship is the reason why they promote it so hard

I guess because it’s easy, because our live chat helps with your script related issues (normally) and because we provide many location with a good DDoS protection (Voxility, PsychZ or OVH). If you don’t need that advanced help and if you know how to setup a database server and stuff like this, you could also host a VPS anywhere.

@evolved1988 your server is up- and running now! Also the resource installation will work now.
Unfortunately, Marcel misinterpreted the problem. He assumed a temporary listing problem in Fivem. But the problem was more a misconfiguration of the network settings, which caused our host server not to resolve the domain (keymaster.fivem.net). It was a new host server located in London that was set up incorrectly (my bad tbh).
I already had a conversation with Marcel and trained him.
If a livechat support agent doesn’t get ahead, a ticket to 2nd level support is usually created. But in this case Marcel was sure it was the problem mentioned above (temporary listing problem).
I have extended your server for 5 days for free. Now you can start to set everything up according to your wishes. If you have any problems again, please contact us via live chat. Then I am sure, we will be able to help
