Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.

Some servers do not allow mod menus. Have you tried joining multiple servers?

i can’t start the game it gives me this error

That Lambda Menu file is corrupt. Delete the file from your FiveM mods and then try to start the game again.

i can start the game without the mod but thats the one i downloaded from this site

Make a new folder and put your FiveM.exe in it, launch the exe, and FiveM will reinstall. Try that.

when it asks if i should update cache or something should i do that?

are you installing the menu in FiveM and not GTA5? if so send a screenshot of the FiveM folder as it should not be in GTA5’s folder.

Remove all client side modifications - then see if it will load.

If it loads - re-download Lambda & re-install one step at a time ensure you’re doing it correctly.
