I installed five m and when it asked to select the folder with gta v I selected the rock star social club folder and clicked select file but the error message appeared even though when I looked at the folder it existed What server did you get this issue on? Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Was using Norton but removed it because it was causing issues now it is only the stock windows software Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

You can see in your screenshot that there is no GTA5.eve file because you are not in the correct folder. it will not be in your documents, right click on your GTA5 shortcut and click on open file location.
