Filling out the whole support template would have been helpful.

However.

This seems to be a common thing with intel cpus and there intel boost, you could try going into your bios and disabling it or try power saving mode in Windows.

Simply google the file in question “nvgpucomp64.dll” and you will find how to maybe fix this problem.

Any fixes yet? Im having your same issue

It may cause by the Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen K/KF/KS instability issue, try to update your motherboard BIOS and your graphic card driver.

I’m using Intel Core i9-13900KF and NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti, my motherboard is Gigabyte Z790 Gaming X, my BIOS version (before update) is F2, and I got this error every time I join the server after 1 minute. I tried to re-install FiveM, re-install NVIDIA driver, use DISM to fix my system, but to no avail. Finally, I update my BIOS to F11b version, and now everything is working fine.

Hope this can help you.

Hi! I have almost the same motherboard (Z790 Aorus Elite AX), a fixed my 13th gen intel instability issue with undervolting, can you help me, how did you updated your bios version?

You can download the latest BIOS update from the official website, and flashing it using Q-Flash (It’s a small tool, and you can access it from your BIOS setup menu). There is also a tutorial pdf/html in the ZIP file, you can follow the step in the tutorial to update it.

Nvidia 2070 Super Gigabyte

I tried literally evreything.
Updated BIOS
Reinstalled Windows; Fivem; GTA V.
Changed Power Plan
Set update channel to production
Turned Off Antivirus and Firewall

Nothing seems to work.
After 5-10min the game just crash and show one of these errors.

did you find any solution for this? i have exact same problem.

i tried everything there is… including formatting windows and upgrading to windows 11 and non worked… my final guess is that us who are facing this issue are of the owners of said affected 13th&14th gen CPUs… im one straw away from getting a new CPU

i got a 12th gen i9 and i also get the error code

Just update your bios to the latest version. That fixed it for me

Updating my bios helped me aswell.
I have the Gigabyte Z790 Gaming X AX Mainboard.

Download the latest bios update here: Z790 GAMING X AX (rev. 1.x) Unterstützung | Mainboards - GIGABYTE Germany

Video how to update your bios: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=chC1FSCrEcc

i fixed this by going and updating my bios

!!! I made a similar post to this same thing earlier this year!!!
This crash code is related to the recent intel issue of over volting in the 13 and 14th gen cpus and causing degradation issues then presenting itself as a gpu issue.
The way I fixed it along with the help of Civryan was going into your bios and disabling any “overclocking” or “boost” settings that your motherboard has also updating your motherboard to the newest bios revision will fix it as it has intels new micro code strolling the overvolting. I hope this helps anyone who is having this issue

Exact motherboard I have and I was running into the same issue a few months back ended up undervolting my cpu to fix the issue. Curious are you running a 13 or 14th gen intel chip?
