Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes
Also add what you already tried so far. Uninstalled steam fully and fivem also searched PC for words with FIVEm and deleted all
when i load FiveM i get into the server info as normal and then i go to click on a server. i see the loading screen as per nortmal loaded says 100% then moves to 2nd screen where you see the bloke normally with a back pack looking out this screen then fails i never get to my screen showing the chars CitizenFX_log_2021-09-27T170612.log (308.2 KB)

So this would be a error with server, please contact the server owner or the developer of the server. please tell them about this issue, and they can check there console, this is a resource issue, a resource is causing your game to crash.
Morning Mayhem Studios This happens on all servers i try in the list i tried a few different 1ns not only Bigcityrp to ensure it wasnt just the 1 server
So if this is happening on all servers, Then it could be a cashe issue. Please try and remove your cashe. If that does not work then you could try to do a factory reset on your computer beacuse then FiveM is attempting to access something, but your computer is denying access.
