Just a simple script suggestion from a firefighter in my community, a Run Report is used to log firefighter response times and vehicle usage. This simple script provides an in game nui to fill out this report and send it to a discord channel.
I am still very new at FiveM NUI’s but this was a fun script to make, hope it’s useful to someone!

My idea Is to have it Like a Officer involved shooting Report (OISR), Vehicle Damage Report With pictures of the damage, and Just a Normal Scene Report
