SCENARIO No 06 ROCKFALL

A static YMAP layout to set up a scenario for the Police/Fire/EMS communities looking for new scenarios.
These are static scenarios which require your planning and set up. To add some realism and life to the situation, you need to organise civs to be workers, patients, bystanders etc,set fires, place vehicles etc, so when you dispatch your Fire/EMS teams, there is an active situation going on.
---- SCENARIO BACKGROUND ----
A rockfall has occurred on the Great OCean Highway blocking one lane.
Highway patrol will be required to divert traffic using one of the traffic management or scene management mods. Preferably one with traffic nodes to divert traffice from both directions.
Would be interesting to see how long this would work??

Peds will continually drive into the rocks…duh!
I have not been able to make the rocks and soil movable with any GTA vehicles
— INSTALLATION —
#NOTE: This would be a one time use scenario for your teams, however a real landslip would take weeks to remove so maybe leave it up for a few days?

Start when required using the F8 window
