I installed the game and this error appears on launch.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes

I’ve tried putting d3d9.dll in some of the FiveM folders too, but no luck, I’ve deleted it again though, as it wasn’t needed. I also tried removing scripthook and dinput8, but that didn’t fix it either.

Delete that d3d9.dll in your game folder.
