'Fatal Error: could not bind on 0.0.0.0:30120' Home Hosted Fivem server

Hello,
Through a tutorial I set up a Home Hosted FiveM server.
After I had already followed the steps of how it went in the video, I started the server and I was able to access it. Then I went out and later I wanted to go back in but I got this error:
Could not bind on 0.0.0.0:30120- is this address valid and not already in use?
I already checked via task manager and cmd if the port was busy, and it was not.
Can someone help me?

Kind regards,
Niels.

You can always just remove everything you’ve done and re-do your steps from the video you watched…
I do recommend watching Jeva’s Updated 2020 vid on makeing/seting up a FiveM server.
You can always download a ready to go server pack, but you’ll probably need to update a lot of Mods or resource_manifest_version keys to get things running.
