Failed to handshake on second server

I am running a FiveM server on a Ubuntu server on port 30120. I want to host a second server on the same machine, so I made a new directory, changed the port to 30121, got a new license key which does authenticate. When I try joined the server under the new port I get a failed to handshake HTTP 400 error. Any fixes I could apply to solve this issue?
