Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

Reset my pc, reset internet, cleared cache many times, reinstalled fivem, verified game. I even had the dev of the server reset me in hopes of connecting.
Another thing to add is that every other FiveM server works except BigCityRp Servers.

Might something on your firewall be blocking UDP connections?

I disabled firewalls and still nothing. I haven’t changed anything and one day it was fine the next not.
