Windows version: Server 2022 Standard
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again?: Doesn’t exist?
System specifications:
Server: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, 64GB DDR4 3200MHz
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): No Crash, Connection Issue

Users cannot connect, claims something about UDP

Allow others to connect (this randomly began today, has worked for a week)

Adding the port to the serverhosts firewall, adding the ports to windows firewall, clearing client’s cache, restarting clients router, restarting server, reinstalling clients game/FiveM

Best contact the staff of wherever you host the server at for help seeing as this is a network error that just “began” seemingly randomly

Yeah, seems an issue from 2 years ago has crept up again with OVH.
Something to do with their game firewall causing UDP issues.

GAME Firewall Protection has to be disabled due to their issues. Standard DDOS protection through their EDGE Firewall can remain.

You can make a guide on how to do it, because I do it and it doesn’t let me.

It’s for OVH server hosting. If you’re hosting a dedicated box, you need to manage your IP/Firewall
Then manage the GAME Firewall, on the right hand side (with the current UI, wont update this later probably) there’s a toggle switch. Turn it off.
