Failed to get info from server (tried 3 times)

The error message: “If you are the server owner, are you sure you are allowing UDP packets to and drom the server?”.

What could be the problem? I can’t connect to the server until the server is restarted.
The error is always generated automatically.

In our server some we are using the Teamspeak application for voice chat and some users told us that if you open the app first and the run redM you can connect properly.

I don’t know if you are using something similar. Check it out.
