Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Doesn’t make a difference

Also add what you already tried so far. Tried verifying game files to no avail, Went into OpenIV and put the stock sirens back in and it didn’t do anything.

I installed a new siren pack and some menu’s today, all the menu’s worked perfectly but this siren pack just gave me the error “Failed to create environment, hresult 80131522” Not sure if its the siren pack or not but that happens whenever I’m about to load into a server.
